  • Not upload or share content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on others' rights
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

All images and content you create with Yan are stored locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of your content. You retain all rights to your user-generated content.

These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Apple App Store Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them

By using the App, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
